Certified declaration of consent translation<\/h2>\n

Do you have a foreign authority, employer or court that requires a translation of your declaration of consent<\/a> for official use? At Ecrivus International you have your declaration of consent<\/a> translated under oath, including the stamp and signature of a translator registered in the Dutch Register of Sworn Interpreters and Translators (Rbtv). This way you submit a translation that is officially accepted.<\/p>\n

A declaration of consent<\/a> is a private document by which a party agrees to something or gives permission for it. Think of a works council agreeing to an arrangement, or the consent of a parent or party involved. Because the document carries no government stamp, a sworn translation<\/a> is exactly what makes it valid abroad or with a formal authority.<\/p>\n

What is a certified translation of a declaration of consent?<\/h3>\n

A sworn translation<\/a> is made by a sworn translator<\/a> and provided with a stamp, a signature and a statement that the translation is a faithful rendering of the original. The translator is sworn in by a Dutch court and registered in the Rbtv. Through this certification the translation of your declaration of consent<\/a> gains legally valid status and is accepted by authorities.<\/p>\n
