Apostilles (legalisation) - overview of countries

The apostille treaty (signed in 1961 in The Hague) is an international agreement between countries to facilitate the legalisation of official documents simplify. Under the convention, the apostille counts as the only form of legalisation required if the documents are used in the countries that have signed the convention.

The apostille itself is a stamp from the court certifying that your document is authentic, allowing it to be used validly in international document traffic.

Ecrivus International is happy to assist you in arranging the legalisation of your sworn documents by having it apostilleed at one of the Dutch courts. Click here to your sworn translation order directly. Would you like us to go to court for you to have the apostille placed? That is possible!
