How do I know whether a Norwegian translator is sworn?

A sworn translator for Norwegian is listed in the Register of Sworn Interpreters and Translators (Rbtv), managed by Bureau Wbtv. Only translators sworn in by a Dutch court are listed in that register and may provide legally valid translations.
