Waaraan moet uw document voldoen voor een apostille?
Apostilles kunnen alleen worden geplaatst op originele documenten die zijn afgegeven door een officiële Nederlandse instantie of beëdigd persoon.
Denk hierbij aan:
- beëdigde vertalingen met stempel en handtekening
- papieren gewaarmerkte KvK-uittreksels ondertekend door KvK-medewerker
- notariële aktes ondertekend door de notaris
- geboorte-, trouw en overlijdensaktes ondertekend door de ambtenaar van de burgerlijke stand
- documenten ondertekend door beëdigde ambtenaren van het ministerie (o.a. Financiën, Buitenlandse Zaken en Justitie & Veiligheid)
