A sworn translation is produced by a translator registered in the Dutch Register of Sworn Interpreters and Translators (Rbtv) and sworn in by the court. The translator attaches to the translation a statement that the text is a faithful and accurate representation of the original. The translation also bears the stamp and signature of the sworn translatorwho produced it. This makes the document legally valid and recognisable to authorities and business partners.

When is a certified translation of your terms worthwhile?
